Today, many people take it by eating carbohydrates, sugars or dietary fiber. By taking it in regulated quantities, you will not have side effects. However, if taken in excess, you start seeing the dangers of starchy foods.

Many families consume the excess starch without knowing and it will make them unhealthy. In many places, you find people having breakfast containing food that gives in excess. Things such as the cereals, bagels, oatmeal, toats or croissants are not good in one sitting.
